Yes, our performers are trained professionals who specialize in entertaining children. They undergo rigorous training to ensure they can bring the magic of our characters to life in a fun and engaging way. Rest assured; your child is in good hands with our talented team.

No. While we don't provide costumes for the children, we do encourage them to dress up in their favorite princess attire to fully immerse themselves in the experience. Our performers will be dressed in character to add to the magic!

Yes, you can add additional time to your party package for an additional fee. Whether you want to extend the princess visit or add more activities, we're here to accommodate your needs. Just let us know your requirements, and we'll work out the details to make your party extra special.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund minus the booking retainer fee. For rescheduling, it must be done within 48 hours of the party with a non-refundable $25 re-booking fee. Changes after 48 hours require an additional $50 booking retainer. Top of Form
